This concrete paving project consisted of an extension of the runway apron at 14 Wing Greenwood. A slipform paver was shipped from Winnipeg in order to execute this project. A CMI SF-250 paver was used, which was the same machine that was used on both the Highway 104 and the Bridgetown projects in Nova Scotia. This construction project also included a substantial number of dowels and dowel baskets.
