Surface preparation on the existing bituminous pavement and construction of a recycled bituminous pavement on PTH #3, from Provincial Road No. 434 easterly to 19th Street, a distance of approximately 1.4 km, in the Municipality of Stanley and the Town of Morden. Milling of existing bituminous pavement, excavation of the existing subgrade, construction of a granular base course, concrete curb and gutter and a recycled bituminous pavement on PTH #3, from
19th Street easterly for a distance of approximately 2.7 km.
This work was all completed on a new land drainage sewer system installed by Nelson River Construction Inc. This system consisted of pipe ranging from 300mm to 1500mm diameter, construction of a pumping station and the installation of numerous manholes and catchbasins throughout the Town
of Morden.
