This project consisted of the construction of an asphalt pathway at the southeast corner of the Norwood Bridge, constructing concrete pavement at the east end of Bell Avenue, installing an irrigation system in the Main Street median area, completing remaining concrete work on Main Street north of the Main Street Bridges and installing an anodized aluminum handrail on the Main Street Bridge. This project also included construction foundations for the Norwood
